At last an organic cotton heat/cold therapy pad that has a washable organic cotton cover.  The organic cotton calico pad is filled with wheat and stitched into five sections to stop the filling lumping up. 

The cover is made of handwoven organic cotton it closes with a thin strip of velcro at the narrow end and can be removed for washing.

The pad may be folded and put in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until it feels hot enough and then applied to any area of sore muscle.  It can also be used as a cold compress by placing in the deep freeze for two hours.




The covers are available in three colours, red, blue and linen colour
